- Repeat steps 1 through 5 until any thought of the stimulus leads directly to the response.
For instance, if you habitually responded to the sight of blood by automatically feeling nauseous, you could use the Swish Pattern, by following the steps above, in this way:

See an image of yourself, “over there”, seeing the blood and feeling strong, healthy and relaxed.
- Swish the two images – rapidly push the stimulus into the distance, and bring the desired response right up to the user’s face. For effect, you can actually make a “swish” sound as the images pop into place.
- Allow the images to settle for a minute in their new places.
- Clear the user’s mind or lead the user into a neutral state.
- Repeat steps 1 through 5 until any thought of the stimulus leads directly to the response.
In this example, you are literally recoding your mind to response differently to the same trigger:
Old response: See blood (trigger) —> Begin to see myself as weak and nauseous —> Feel Nauseous
New Response (after Swishing): See blood (trigger) —> See myself as strong, healthy and relaxed —> Feel strong, healthy and relaxed
Get it? Swish can be used for any number of changes. It’s a very powerful tool that I use over and over again…And, now it’s yours.
Okay, you’re now ready for the Male Multiple Orgasm Swish. We’re going to follow the same steps except this time our trigger will be a feeling instead of an image. Remember, you can use an image, a sound or a feeling as your stimulus, whichever seems to trigger your response the strongest.
